Traditional Tantra Yoga of Kundalini, Tantric Asanas, Tantric Chakras, Mantras, Tantric Meditations, Tantric Philosophy, Tantric Breath, Femininity, Sounds and Vibrations
In Mukta Tantra Yoga, our practice is not only about learning physical Asanas and their alignment. Rather it is all about one’s presence and awareness in the moment, it does not matter what we are doing. Awareness is true alignment and is not based on following any system, fake guru, or searching for something in the future, but rather opening up all the senses to manifest life as it comes in the moment beyond all self-limitations. It includes all aspects of life to meet the challenges of the daily hectic life.
Mukta Tantra Yoga practice is authentically using Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga of Tantric Asanas, Kundalini, Chakras, Mantras, Tantric Meditations, Tantric Breath, Bandhas, Prana, Dance, Massage, Self-Inquiry, Sounds, Vibrations, Light, Prana, Elements, Energies, Soma and Recognition to remain present in the moment and reflect our true nature without the interference of a conditioned mind. We are using our body, mind & senses to express our true freedom (or Pure Consciousness) and to unlock the bliss of life, which is also called Kundalini Shakti in Tantra.
To understand and free these energies, we use practical philosophy inspired by Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism (also knowns as Himalayan Tantra, Agama, Trika, etc.) and from Mukta’s Father and various Mystics as well as his life experiences.
Mukta Tantra Yoga embodies the essence of different yoga types such as Trika Yoga, Shiva Yoga, Shakti Yoga, Quantum Yoga, Prana Yoga, Tantric Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Uchhara Yoga, Tattva Yoga, Soma Yoga, and Consciousness Yoga.
We use Eastern Wisdom and Tradition to reset the quantum of our life, which is the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic level, to manifest our essential nature in daily life.
Note that there is no sexual activities in our courses as it is based on Indian Traditional Tantra Yoga and not on new age Western Tantra.

Modern Science and Tantra Yoga: Unveiling Ancient Wisdom in Quantum Physics and Neuroscience
In the realms of Quantum Physics and Neuroscience, significant insights are emerging that align with the experiences of ancient Tantric Mystics. Indian Mysticism recognizes that our brains are not limited to their physical confines but possess the remarkable capacity to be reformatted in alignment with our true nature.
Quantum Physics uncovers truths resonating with Tantric teachings, such as interconnectedness and the power of conscious observation in Tantra Yoga. Concepts like non-locality and the observer effect shed light on intentional brain changes and the malleability of our reality, reflecting the wisdom of Indian Mysticism.
Likewise, Neuroscience explores the transformative capacities of the brain through neuroplasticity. Indian Mysticism recognized the brain’s adaptability long before modern science, offering insights into reprogramming our brains to align with our true essence. This convergence with the scientific understanding of neuroplasticity highlights the brain’s remarkable ability to reorganize itself through experiences and intentional practices.
The harmony between ancient wisdom and modern scientific discoveries is profound. Tantra Yoga, emphasizing consciousness and brain reformation, provides invaluable insights that resonate with the cutting-edge findings of Quantum Physics and Neuroscience. Integrating these perspectives unlocks new possibilities for personal growth, transformation, and a deeper connection with our true nature.
Mukta Tantra Yoga is not a commodity one can buy, it is rather a direct perception one can perceive only with humbleness and an open heart.
“Understand that there is nothing to understand.
This understanding will liberate you from all misunderstandings.”
