Traditional Tantra Yoga of Kundalini, Tantric Asanas, Tantric Chakras, Mantras, Tantric Meditations, Tantric Philosophy, Tantric Breath, Femininity, Sounds and Vibrations
Mukta Tantra Yoga is not only about learning physical Asanas and its alignment. Rather it is all about one’s presence and awareness in the moment, it does not matter what we are doing. Awareness is true alignment and is not based on following any system, guru or searching something in the future, rather opening up all the senses to manifest life as it comes in the moment beyond all self-limitations. It includes all aspects of life in order to meet the challenges of daily hectic life.
Mukta Tantra Yoga is authentically using Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga of Tantric Asanas, Kundalini, Chakras, Mantras, Tantric Meditations, Tantric Breath, Bandhas, Prana, Dance, Massage, Self-Inquiry, Sounds, Vibrations, Light, Prana, Elements, Energies, Soma and Recognition to remain present in the moment and reflect our true nature without the interference of a conditioned mind. We are using our body, mind & senses to express our true freedom (or Pure Consciousness) and to unlock the bliss of life, which is also called Kundalini Shakti in Tantra.
To understand and free these energies, we use practical philosophy inspired by Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism (also knowns as Himalayan Tantra, Agama, Trika, etc.) and from Mukta’s Father and various Mystics as well as his life experiences.
Mukta Tantra Yoga embodies the essence of different yoga types such as Trika Yoga, Shiva Yoga, Shakti Yoga, Quantum Yoga, Prana Yoga, Tantric Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Uchhara Yoga, Tattva Yoga, Soma Yoga, Consciousness Yoga.
In Mukta Tantra Yoga, we use Eastern Wisdom and Tradition to modify the quantum of our life, which is the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic level, to manifest our essential nature in daily life.
Quantum Physics and Neuroscience are realizing many facts which have been experienced and documented by Tantric Mystics thousands of years back. According to Indian Mysticism, we have the brain, we are not the brain, therefore we can reformat our brain according to our true nature.
“A doubting and inquiring mind is a truly spiritual mind.”

What is the difference between modern scholars and Mystics?
Scholars or Teachers are not the Mystics and Mystics are not the scholars. Scholars are looking truth into the dust of books while the Mystics are living truths. Sutras naturally flow as a nectar out of them and the truly thirsty quench their thirst beyond all academical knowledge. It is not the technique that transforms but the Truth itself.
It is only the Mystics who can decode the secrets of ancient wisdom because he/she has decoded it within oneself. So-called scholars can only chew and debate endlessly on empty words while interpreting the Sutras with the cunning intellect without any self-realization and can mislead innocent beings for their own ego. It is only the realized who can reveal the essence of the Sutras beyond guessing interpretation. When one knows then one doesn’t guess.
All the ancient wisdom is the experience of Mystics which can inspire us to live in the mystery of life. All efforts to demystify are born out of fear because one is afraid to live in the mystery and then find a romantic escape into books, scholars and teachers to entertain oneself in order to temporarily forget one’s sufferings.
Mukta Tantra Yoga is not a commodity one can buy, it is rather a direct perception one can perceive only with humbleness and an open heart.
“Understand that there is nothing to understand.
This understanding will liberate you from all misunderstandings.”
