We will provide you with 3 vegetarian meals a day during the whole training, unless you wish to eat elsewhere during your day off. As much as possible, we try to use fresh products from our garden or local farms around.
Mukta Tantra Yoga Course will start on the Saturday with a Welcoming Ceremony and festive diner, altogether. Classes will start on the following morning.
Please note that the centre is a non-smoking place, also no alcoholic drinks, meat or fish are allowed, however, when outside the premises, you are free to do as you feel.
Although Portugal is known for being hot during the summer time in Europe, thanks to our centre being located in the mountains range, the weather remains fresh. On top of that, the type of architecture keeps the coolness all day.
